Earnings
Your earnings are determined by the prices you set, minimum order amount, and services you provide for your business. For example, if you set your per-pound price at $2 with a minimum order of 10 lbs., the order total will be at least $20. The percentage of the order total you receive depends on how you assign the order: completing the order yourself earns you 80%, while assigning it to another MVP earns you 30% commission. All order estimates are based on the customer's accurate weight or per bag pricing and any additional service add ons. Your final invoice will reflect the final commissions paid out.
In your “My Orders and Portfolio” sections all current orders are categorized by their status (e.g., Pending Pick-up, In Process, etc.). You can view previous orders by Year-to-Date (YTD) or access a list of completed and rejected orders.
After completing an order, simply initiate the customer invoice from the SL Vendor app. Customers must approve the invoice and have their saved payment source charged before delivery. Payments are automatically processed through Stripe, ensuring secure and efficient transactions. Receive all payments for your laundry services exclusively via Stripe through our Platform or Site.
