If you're handling pick-up and delivery and encounter a delay, promptly notify the customer. When an MVP is processing the order or a driver is handling delivery, they should communicate any issues to you. For significant delays, you may need to reassign the order to another MVP or driver. Yes, however with a subscription, you can choose to assign pick-up and delivery services or utilize one of our MVPs to complete the order from start to finish.
