Using the App
Orders will appear on your home screen, allowing you to accept or reject each one. We recommend reviewing order details carefully before accepting to ensure you can manage the workload effectively. Once you accept an order, you are responsible for its completion and for following the requested directions.
On the PENDING ACCEPTANCE screen in the app, choose to accept the order yourself or assign it to another SL Vendor or Driver if you have a subscription. The app conveniently calculates the estimated earnings for each option, helping you make informed decisions and optimize your profits. |
Updating your account information is easy! Simply follow these steps:
- Log in to your account on our website or app.
- Navigate to the “My Account” or “Profile” section.
- Click on “Edit” or “Update Information to make changes to your details such as your name, email, address, phone number or password.
- After making the necessary changes, click “Update” to confirm the changes.

Order notifications allow users to receive at-a-glance updates on their order progress. Depending on the stage of the order, notifications will indicate approximately how much longer order completion will take. For example, when you mark that the clothing has begun washing, the user receives a notification, and once the order is out for delivery, another notification is sent.
If you're not receiving notifications, please check your device's notification settings to ensure our app isn't being blocked. If the issue persists, contact the SL Support Team for personalized troubleshooting solutions.
For our platform and certain features of our site to work properly while you are providing delivery services, we need access to your device's geolocation information.
Please ensure that your location data is accurate and not falsified. We may share your location with customers so they can see the approximate location of your vehicle during the pick-up and drop-off phases. This information is not used to supervise or control your delivery services.
